The Transylvania County Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at the Morris Education Center, 225 Rosenwald Lane, Brevard.  The purpose of the meeting is to take action on a resolution regarding the pending Senate Bill 8, "No Cap on Number of Charter Schools."  The meeting is open to the public.
