The Transylvania County Board of Education will host a drop-in reception for former Chairman, Chris Whitmire, on Monday, January 14, 2013, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of Brevard Middle School.  Please join us as we thank Congressman Whitmire for his years of dedicated service to the Transylvania County Schools, and wish him well as a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
