At the April 18 meeting, the board accepted policy 9300, Naming Facilities, as first-read information. On June 20, the board recommended some changes to policy 9300 and tabled the policy until the July meeting or a time when all five board members are present. The revised policy 9300 is attached for your review. Mr. Gibbs will review the changes and answer any questions you may have.
