Bain Brown, Brevard High School senior and founder of Teens Advocating for Future Youth (T.A.F.F.Y.), will present a proposal to replace the C-STOP suspension program with nicotine education programs for students who are caught in possession of an e-cigarette product. Copies of the proposal and presentation materials are attached. Mr. Brown will address any questions from the board.
