Norris Barger will give an update on the school bond construction projects. A summary of the bond project budget and actual expenditures to date is attached for your review.
On September 14, the board reviewed design development plans and construction phasing plans for BHS and RHS/RMS. The architects presented two options for temporary modular classrooms to be used during Phase 2 construction at BHS:
Option 1 (9,600 sf)

2 half-size OCS classrooms

A resolution to approve designs and development phases for the Brevard High School and Rosman High/Rosman Middle Schools construction projects is attached.
