|
Director Chris Whitlock will present an addendum to the agreement between Transylvania County Schools and Comporium, Inc., for the school district’s WAN (wide-area network) connectivity. The addendum will extend the current contract until June 30, 2024. The agreement and addendum are attached. Board approval is required for expenditures in excess of $90,000. Mr. Whitlock will answer any questions you may have.
A motion is in order to approve the contract addendum between Comporium, Inc., and Transylvania County Schools to extend WAN connectivity until June 30, 2024 pending contract review by the board attorney.
