|
Dr. Brian Weaver will present a five-year contract with Sharp Business Systems for new multifunction copiers and printers districtwide. The Sharp products will replace the current Toshiba copiers and printers. Sharp provides a versatile menu of printing, scanning, and copying capabilities that will improve efficiency and service. The Sharp contract will result in overall cost savings as compared to the Toshiba contract. The contract and supporting documents are attached.
A motion is in order to approve the five-year contract with Sharp Business Systems effective June 5, 2023.
