On June 5, the board received as first-read information a deed of easement that would allow the construction of a walking path between the exterior fencing at Rosman Elementary School and the French Broad River.  The deed of easement and a plat of the area are attached.  Board Attorney Chris Campbell will provide an update.
 
Action may be taken to approve the easement.
