The board will entertain a motion to go into closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11 for the following purpose(s): under subsection (a)(3) to consult with an attorney employed by or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and to discuss the lawsuit of John Doe, by and through guardian ad litem, Jami Reese, v. Transylvania County Board of Education, 22 CVS 1168.
