Technology Director Chris Whitlock is out of the office. In his absence, Finance Officer Gabi Juba will present the five-year renewal contract between Transylvania County Schools and Comporium, Inc., for voice phone services (see attached). The agreement has been vetted by the board attorney. Board approval is required for expenditures in excess of $90,000. Ms. Juba will review the agreement and answer any questions you may have.
A motion is in order to approve the 60-month renewal contract between Comporium, Inc., and Transylvania County Schools for voice phone services in the amount of $2,454 per month.
