At the January 21 meeting, Dr. Lisa Fletcher recommended that the Board place the property located at 41 Confederate Lane on the next meeting Agenda in order to declare the property as surplus for eventual sale. A Resolution declaring the property as surplus is attached for the Board’s consideration.

A Motion is in order to adopt the Resolution declaring the property at 41 Confederate Lane as surplus and authorizing the Superintendent to take the next steps in the process as described in the Resolution.
