Chris Whitlock will present the request for a purchase of 780 Chromebooks and 14 charging carts for the 2017-2018 school year. The devices will be used at Brevard Elementary School (380 units and 7 carts) and Pisgah Forest Elementary School (400 units and 7 carts). Board approval is required for purchases over $90,000. This is a budgeted purchase in the recurring capital outlay budget. Two quotes from Trinity 3 LLC are attached for your review. Mr. Whitlock will make a recommendation and answer any questions you may have.

A motion is in order to approve the purchase of technology equipment for the 2017-2018 school year.
