Representatives from Clark Nexsen and Vannoy Construction will give a presentation on the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP1) and an update on the school bond construction projects.
A motion would be in order to approve the change order no. 1 to Vannoy in order to establish a contractual GMP1 package as bid.
