Gabi Juba will present proposals from two accounting firms, Carland & Andersen, Inc., and Anderson, Smith & Wike PLLC, for auditing services for the 2022-2023 fiscal year. The proposals are attached. Ms. Juba will answer any questions you may have.
A motion would be in order to select an accounting firm for auditing services for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.
