The Board will entertain a Motion to go into closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(1) to discuss a confidential personnel matter pursuant to N.C.G.S. 115C-319-321; and pursuant to subsection (a)(3) to discuss a judicial action brought by J.S.-K. by and through parents J.S. and A.K. against the Transylvania County Board of Education.
A Motion is in order to go into the closed session.
