The Transylvania County Schools Administrators’ Retreat will be held on Monday and Tuesday, August 15-16. The training event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day and includes all central office and school-based administrators. Consequently, the superintendent will ask the board to consider moving the August 15 board meeting to the following Monday, August 22. If the board agrees, a motion to that effect would be in order.
